The Best Way To Find HAPPINESS

Atas permintaan my dearest housemate, here it is! Essay yang kononnya aku buat hahaha. Sebab kalut nak siapkan essay ni so aku ambik dari internet je, organised it and modified it sikit je, mostly and originally from Google hehehe. Tapi kan aku suka ayat2 dia. Cubalah baca and hayati ;)

Happiness is defined as a mental or emotional state of well-being characterized by positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy. But, what makes happiness so hard to attain? One of the common reasons we find it so difficult to find happiness is due to our perception of what it really is. Our ability to be happy depends on how we define it. So, how do we achieve happiness? The best way to find happiness is to live our best life or to be the best version of ourselves. In order to achieve happiness by live our best life, we must be carefree, stop nit-picking ourselves plus be ourselves, be kind and also learn to be accepting of others.

First and foremost, be carefree is one of the ideas to be the best version of ourselves. As an individual, you are given the option to do whatever you want, feel the way you wish to feel, try outrageous things but really, being carefree can be healing to your soul. Breaking free from caring what people think is a step towards happiness. Do not dwell on the negative, instead, reach for something positive. Do not worry about the little things in life, appreciate and go for something that you have never tried. You are you, and believe that you are worth life. Their opinions do not matter, and it only makes them bad people at the end of the day.

Secondly, is stop nit-picking yourself plus be yourself. We have things that aren't exactly beautiful, things that we ashamed or annoyed.  It is true we are our own worst-critic. A little critical self-evaluation is a good thing but too much focus can be destructive. If you go looking for what is wrong with yourself, then that is what you will find. Try looking for positive things about you and you may surprise yourself. To be yourself means to follow your own style and be the best of who you can be. You cannot fully impersonate others except for good things and you yourself can accept it. As the saying goes, “you are lucky enough to be different, never change.”

Besides, be kind to others. Yes, the most cliché thing in the book, but really, one of the truest thing in life that you must learn. What does it mean to be kind? To help someone, give a thoughtful compliment, offer a heart-warming smile, give a kind impression and so much more. The most wonderful thing about kindness is that you learn to be giving rather than accepting. Do not talk behind other people's backs. Remember that everyone was put on this earth for a reason, and everyone has their own troubles in life - even if it does seem that they have an easier life. Even though their immaturity shows when they are around you, and it makes you want to tear their hair out - keep in mind that there is a reason for everything. Do not attempt or force friendship on them; it may just outburst some more immaturity.

In fact, also learn to be accepting of others. Our world has a big problem when it comes to interpersonal relationships and that problem is tolerance. We tolerate people with different beliefs, races and opinions. We must learn to trade tolerance for acceptance and yes, even love. Being accepting means truly believing or coming to recognize other people.

To conclude, live our best life involves self-acceptance and no longer comparing ourselves to others. When we are able to accept things for what they are, we can be happier. Enjoy life and look for the spice in life. Experience all that you can. Repair old relationships that once lost and make your present ones stronger. Stop trying to be happy or thinking about being happy and challenge yourself to do what makes you happy. Find what makes you happy today and live life to the fullest. When you are living the best version of yourself, you inspire others to live the best versions of them.
